forward exchange contract
договор о срочном обмене валюты.
Соглашение об обмене в заранее установленную будущую дату определенного количества единиц одной валюты на определенное количество единиц другой. Обычно заключается коммерсантами в иностранной валюте во избежание возможных убытков в результате колебания обменных курсов. Обменный курс, согласованный в таком договоре, называется срочным (перспективным) курсом (forward rate ).
